Tax Disputes & Litigation

Tax Dispute Resolution

A tax dispute is a disagreement between a taxpayer and the Department of Inland Revenue regarding the amount of tax owed, the interpretation of tax laws, the application of tax rates, or the eligibility for tax deductions or credits.
Our legal tax team studies each dispute and prepares a Tax Dispute Management Plan to defend DPR clients. Dispute resolution may involve administrative reviews, objections, appeals to the Tax Appeal Commission, or court proceedings.
